Welcome

I am so glad you are here.
My name is Morgan. I am an LCSW-S, CGP, and LCDC.
I help adults and couples who feel caught in the same emotional patterns — especially those shaped by emotionally immature parents, attachment wounds, anxiety, high-functioning OCD tendencies, and complex trauma. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still find themselves overwhelmed, repeating old relational cycles, or carrying a nervous system that has difficulty settling.

My approach is warm, direct, attuned, and deeply relational. Together, we explore the stories your nervous system has carried for years, uncovering the root causes beneath the symptoms — the family-of-origin dynamics, unconscious patterns, and protective adaptations that quietly shape your relationships. Therapy becomes a space to feel less alone, to understand the patterns you’ve been living out, and to move toward a life that feels more grounded, regulated, and connected.

Areas of Focus:

Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents
Anxiety & OCD Tendencies
Attachment & Relationship Patterns
C-PTSD & Trauma Therapy
Couples Counseling (EFT + Gottman)
Substance Use / Harm Reduction
